In goes the graphics card.
Categories: Bill Babbitt
The science club students are really starting to get excited now because the pile of components is rapidly dwindling. We have the graphics card, hard drive and dvd drive left, and it will be time to choose an operating system. The Graphics card proved to be a challenge today, but our young problem solvers worked their way through the task. Graphics cards have a little hook on the end of the card. They basically kind of pivot into place using that hook and that stumped our students for a few minutes. I pointed out that they should look at the shape of the pin side of the card and then it clicked – literally.
